What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?
Please bring a valid photo ID or driver's license for your tour. Applications will also require your social security information and proof of income.
What are the application and administrative fees?
The application fee is $60 per adult, and the administrative fee is $250.
Will you run a background check as part of the application process?
Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.
What are the income requirements to qualify?
We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.
How much is the deposit?
The security deposit ranges from $200 - $800 depending on approval.
What lease terms are available?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 and 15 months.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required.
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online through our resident portal or by mail.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Monthly rent covers the unit only. All fees and utilities are separate.
Do you offer self-guided tours?
No, self-guided tours are not available at this time.
What is your pet policy?
We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No, we are a smoke-free community.
Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?
All apartments include in-unit laundry.
What are the parking options?
We provide surface lot and garage parking.
Do you offer corporate leases?
Yes, corporate leases are available.
Do you have a preferred employer program?
Ask about our preferred employer program for our Hometown Heroes; Active teachers, medical professionals, EMS, police, firefighters, and active or retired military. Please note our program may change at any time and is subject to restrictions.
